Beta 45: the robot picks its own outfit each day
Beta 45 arrives on 28 October 2026, letting the robot pick its own outfit each day in OffiAI. You can opt into daily selections, with rotation as the automatic fallback when thinking is off or no model is configured.

What changed
You can now have the robot choose what to wear from the existing kit. With thinking enabled and an available Claude Code model configured, the robot makes one standalone choice each local day and provides a short reason. If thinking is turned off or you have no configured model, OffiAI uses a deterministic daily rotation by calendar day instead. This fallback uses no model allowance.
How to use it
You can turn on daily pick. The chosen outfit applies automatically, even with Settings closed. To see why the robot made its choice, hover over or focus the current-outfit label in Settings. The reason appears in English, Spanish, or German.
If you prefer a specific look today, you can pick an outfit manually. Your manual pick owns today’s choice while keeping daily mode ready for tomorrow. If you want to keep your selection indefinitely, turn daily pick off.
Things to know
The robot makes only one outfit attempt per local day. If a model call fails or is unavailable, OffiAI keeps the previous outfit and never retries that day. In addition, the robot only selects items from the existing kit. No new clothing artwork or holograms are added in this update.
