Beta 68: when many reports fail to reach OffiAI at once, the newest are kept

The OffiAI team, Delicatino GmbH · · beta 68

OffiAI beta 68 is available from 31 October 2026. It brings one reliability fix for the reports your agents publish to OffiAI.

What changed for you

When an agent publishes a finished report, it hands the report to OffiAI for the Reports view. If OffiAI cannot take it at that moment, the report is queued in a small folder on your Mac and tried again. A report that still cannot be delivered is kept on disk as a failed copy, as a record of what went wrong.

Before beta 68, the cleanup of those copies could keep the wrong ones. Some disks record file times only in coarse steps, so many failures in the same instant shared one time stamp. OffiAI then picked among them by a random name, and could keep older failures while removing newer ones.

From beta 68, each failed copy gets its own time stamp at the moment it fails. The cleanup now goes strictly by the order in which the failures arrived, so the newest 64 are always the ones that stay.

What you need to do

Nothing. The fix works on its own once you update to beta 68. There is no setting for it. It only matters if your agents publish reports at all, which they do only when Publish to the office is on in Settings → Agents; it is off by default.

Current limits

OffiAI keeps at most the newest 64 failed copies, and copies older than 30 days are removed; anything beyond that is gone. The app has no view for these copies. They stay in OffiAI’s private support folder on your Mac.
